What often stops us living the life we want, or doing the work we would most love to do, is our belief that we either don't know what we want, or our belief that we can't get what we want. So, we give up thinking about it before we've even given it a chance.

We can also get sucked into just reacting to life, and rarely spend time productively thinking about exactly what we want or why we want it. We might mull over a few ideas in our head, but never really bring clarity to those ideas.
