What is Coaching?

Coaching is basically a series of conversations that can help you to make changes in your life.

Coaching also involves you completing activities between conversations to try out experiments in how you behave, or to make observations and carry out research, which can then be discussed in the next coaching conversation.

The conversations you have with a coach are like no other conversation you will have with anyone else. No matter how great your friends, partner or work colleagues are, there's always some sort of dynamic going on in those relationships that can prevent a truthful and truly transformational conversation to occur.
